We have been designing and manufacturing ergonomic solutions since 2012, for all types of environments (offices, vehicles, industry, construction, etc.). More than a manufacturer, Ergotech positions itself as an expert in ergonomics, thanks to its ability to analyze and understand constraints (pathologies, environments, behaviors). Human-centered reflexion, adaptability, and customization are essential principles at the core of our activity.
Our Story
Founding the Company
Ergotech was founded in 2012 by its current CEO, Kevin Le Texier. During his internship at a company that manufactured products for pressure sore prevention, he was approached by a healthcare professional seeking a solution for back pain while driving. Kevin collaborated with this professional to develop a product that addressed the various factors responsible for back pain in cars. He then created a second product for carpal tunnel syndrome.
Building on these experiences and driven by a desire to continue innovating for health and well-being, Kevin founded Ergotech in 2012, dedicating himself to creating a product range that addresses the diverse challenges presented to him.
Ergotech Today
Originally created with the goal of preventing pain, Ergotech also plays a significant role in addressing existing pathologies and supporting the retention and reintegration of people with disabilities into the workforce.
Over the years, the company has diversified its range to offer solutions adapted to various challenges and environments. In addition to nomad solutions (seat cushions, backrests, lumbar supports, armrests), Ergotech decided to go further by incorporating its technology and expertise into office chairs. In 2017, Ergotech launched its own range of ergonomic chairs, entirely designed and manufactured in its workshops. Today, the Ergotech catalog includes over 200 references, alongside dozens of custom projects carried out each year for professionals and individuals.
In 2023, Ergotech expanded its range further. In addition to new products added to the catalog each year, the company introduced a resale line featuring products it does not manufacture but considers essential for workstation setups, such as adjustable desks and ergonomic desk accessories.
With this expanded range, combined with its evolving expertise and production capacity, Ergotech is capable of offering comprehensive workstation solutions as well as customized and individual solutions for the most specific needs.
The Situation
In the EU, approximately 101 million people have some form of disability. The employment rate of people with disabilities in the EU is 50.8% (for those aged 20-64), compared to 75% for people without disabilities.
Additionally, European countries have a shared issue : musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Approximately three out of five workers in the EU report suffering from MSDs. From tendinitis to herniated discs, all sectors and profiles are affected.

Adaptability
We firmly believe that every individual is unique, which is why our products are available with various sizes and/or foams. We also offer custom adaptations when necessary. A solution cannot be standardized when bodies and pains are not.
Innovation
To meet each of your need and in the most effective way possible, new products are constantly under development. Existing products are regularly re-evaluated and updated based on customer feedback.

Providing an efficient solution means offering something effective, composed of what is necessary to address the need, without any unnecessary additions. This principle allows us to make workstation adjustments more accessible, which aligns with our philosophy.
