We take pride in being a manufacturer and designer since our establishment in 2012. This gives us strong knowledge of the various materials required to create diverse and tailored solutions to meet your needs.
To conceive our approximately 200 standardized solutions and dozens of custom and individual creations each year, we master and work with a variety of raw materials. We are also constantly researching new materials to improve the quality of our products, meet specific demands, and expand our product range.
High Viscosity Fluid
The High Viscosity Fluid is a unique technology developed exclusively by Ergotech, specifically designed for our products and based on our own specifications. This fluid is non-thermoreactive and maintains a constant viscosity under all circumstances.
By adapting to the weight and movements of the body, it distributes pressure points to avoid prolonged stress in the same area. In our seating cushions, it helps reduce sensations of tingling and numbness in the gluteal region. Additionally, it provides optimal shock and vibration absorption in vehicles.
Technical Fabrics
Anti-sweat, tear-resistant, faux leather, non-woven, waterproof, for cleanrooms... We combine various fabrics to give our products the appropriate characteristics and ensure their durability.
We are in permanent contact with our suppliers to add new fabrics to our range and meet all your needs.
Foams of Different Densities
As well as fabrics, we combine various foams based on morphology, the environment, and the needs the product must meet. Our in-house manufacturing process allows us complete freedom to adjust the dimensions, shapes, and thickness of the foam.
Wood
We also frequently work with wood to produce our custom and individual solutions.
Working with wood allows us to create our own product structures to perfectly meet your needs.
