No, prescription is not required. You can purchase Ergotech products for personal use, through and for your company, or on the recommendation of a healthcare professional.
We do not propose free trial. You do have a legal period of 15 days to return your product if it does not meet your expectations and request a refund.

Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is achieved by La Poste French carrier and its partners worldwide.
Shipping can take up to 7 days depending on the product. Because products are entirely manufactured in our workshop, shipping may take longer. Please contact us via email or live chat if you need a more precise response.
You can track the progress of your order from your customer account. Please contact us via email or live chat if you need a tracking number once the order is shipped.
Return Policy
Yes. For any purchase made on our website, you have 15 days to return your product if it does not meet your expectations. The return will only be accepted if the product is returned in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Any returned product must be sent back in good condition to the following address: Ergotech, 9 route de la Madeleine, 56450 Theix (France).
Customer Service and Warranty
Our products have a lifespan of 5 years. We recommend replacing your product every 5 years to maintain optimal effectiveness. Beyond this period, you may face risks regarding the product's performance and durability:
- The foam starts to settle, reducing the product's effectiveness.
- The fluid pouch may weaken and potentially rupture, depending on the environment and usage. This could stain surrounding items (clothing, car seats, chairs, or the product's foam).
Our fluid pouches are guaranteed for 5 years. For any deterioration observed during the warranty period, please return the fluid pocket to us so our team can assess the defect.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and allows you to receive a new pocket free of charge. This warranty does not cover improper use of the product (e.g., use of sharp objects). For any deterioration of the fluid pouch beyond the 5-year warranty period, Ergotech will not cover the damages caused, nor will a free replacement be provided. However, you can purchase a new pocket by contacting us via email, keeping in mind that the overall product lifespan is 5 years.
Others
Yes, it is possible to use Ergotech cushions on an airplane. To use it with the fluid pouch, request a prescription from your doctor stating that you need the cushion for medical reasons. Present this prescription at airport security to pass through with your cushion and its fluid pouch.
