Office work can lead to various types of pain and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs):

• Neck pain, due to an improperly positioned screen and repetitive neck movements, such as when looking at documents.
• Shoulder pain, caused by frequent arm extensions and an improperly adjusted desk height.
• Wrist pain, from using a traditional computer mouse that forces the wrist into an unnatural, bent position.
• Back pain, resulting from poor posture (slouching forward) and prolonged static positioning.

To help prevent pain, we have designed a complete ergonomic pack that includes all the necessary equipment for an optimized workstation:

• A compact ergonomic keyboard, reducing excessive arm extension and helping prevent shoulder tendinitis.
• A vertical mouse, placing the wrist in a neutral position to reduce strain on the wrist and hand. The Evoluent 4 Wireless model also features five programmable buttons, allowing you to set shortcuts for frequently used commands (copy, paste, etc.).
• A document holder, keeping all work materials within reach to reduce neck strain. The FlexDesk 640 document holder included in this pack features a sliding surface that moves over the keyboard, creating a writing platform without needing to adjust the keyboard.
• A dual monitor arm, allowing adjustments in height, depth, and tilt of two screens to minimize neck strain and promote proper posture.
