This turnkey solution for setting up an office workstation includes a height-adjustable electric desk. The adjustable desk also allows transitioning from sitting to standing work throughout the day to vary postures and reduce the impacts of prolonged posture.

The wireless vertical mouse allows the wrist to remain in a neutral position, unlike a traditional mouse that requires a slight forearm rotation and wrist bending. It helps to reduce strain on the wrist and the carpal tunnel.

The Ergodrift arm support reduces pressure on the forearm caused by resting it on the desk and slides easily to follow your movements without restriction. It also slightly raises the wrist to minimize bending at the wrist.

The ergonomic keyboard is more compact than a traditional keyboard, allowing the mouse to be positioned closer and reducing the arm's range of motion. It thus helps to reduce shoulder tension.

The document holder places various work materials (binder, calculator, papers) between the keyboard and screen and aligned with the user's eyes to reduce side-to-side head movements and limit neck pain.
