This turnkey solution for setting up an office workstation includes a height-adjustable electric desk. The adjustable desk also allows switching between sitting and standing throughout the day to vary postures and reduce the impacts of prolonged sitting.

The ergonomic vertical mouse keeps the wrist in a neutral position, unlike a traditional mouse that requires slight forearm rotation and wrist bending. It reduces strain on the wrist and carpal tunnel. The included model allows button customization for your favorite keyboard shortcuts.

The Ergodrift arm support reduces pressure on the forearm caused by resting it on the desk and slides easily to follow your movements without restriction. It also slightly raises the wrist to minimize bending at the wrist.

The ergonomic keyboard is more compact than a traditional keyboard, bringing the mouse closer to reduce the arm's range of motion. It helps to minimize shoulder tension.
