An adjustable height desk offers two main advantages:
Extended periods of sitting, especially in a non-adapted set-up workstation, can lead to numerous risks, including poor blood circulation, weakened muscles due to lack of physical activity, and discomfort such as lower back pain. Sedentary behavior resulting from a lack of movement can also contribute to weight gain and increase the risk of heart diseases, inflammatory conditions, and arthritis.
Similarly, prolonged standing can affect blood circulation, cause pressure in the legs, and lead to back pain.
Using an electrically adjustable height desk allows for easy switching between sitting and standing throughout the day.
Adjusting your desk is crucial for a well-adapted workstation.
When seated, the desk and chair should be adjusted so that both feet are flat on the floor and the pelvis is slightly higher than the knees. Additionally, it's recommended to set the desk height so that the forearms rest comfortably on the desk at a minimum 90-degree angle, whether sitting or standing.

For an optimal arrangement of various equipment and materials (computer screen, keyboard, mouse, documents), we consistently recommend the use of an 80-cm depth desk.
The desktop is available in widths 120 cm to 180 cm, depending on the space available for setting up your workstation.
A tray and cable holes can also be added to you desk.
