In a car, our body is subjected to various constraints, starting with the seated position. Car seats are typically inclined backward, forcing the spine to bend forward. The pelvis is closed, the abdomen is compressed, and the intervertebral discs are pinched. The intervertebral discs can no longer protect the back from shocks and vibrations, leading to discomfort and intensifying back pain.
