On professional vehicles such as construction machinery, tractors and forklifts, many factors can lead to discomfort that may impact driving and maneuvers and cause pain and musculoskeletal disorders, responsible for a large number of occupational diseases.
The posture adopted by machine operators (forklift drivers, construction equipment operators) is often poorly adapted and contributes to back pain and buttock pain.
The grounds on which construction machinery are used are very uneven (filled with holes, rocks, etc.). As a result, the torso and spine are subjected to micro-vibrations, shocks, vibrations and compressions that cause back pain, buttock pain or neck pain.
The vibrations from vehicles are also a major issue: they are transmitted throughout the body and damage joints and soft tissues. The risk of developing musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) is particularly high.
To prevent the onset of pain, we have created the Ergotruck cushion, specially designed for driving construction vehicles:
This seating cushion has been designed to act as a preventive measure against pain and to prevent the onset of MSDs. In case of pre-existing conditions (sciatica, herniated disc, collapsed vertebrae, etc.), we recommend using the Ergoccyx seat cushion.

The Ergotruck cushion is available in two widths to adapt to the body shape, and in two depths to adapt to the seat’s size.
A strap can be added to attach the cushion to the seat and prevent it from moving with the user’s movements.
